Grilled Portobello mushroom

This recipe is the great way to enjoy portobello mushrooms. Grilled mushroom with little seasoning and cheese makes it a prefect starter. The size of the portobello mushroom, makes it ideal for topping.

Ingredients

Portobello mushroom2

grated garlic clove2
pinch of red chilli flak2
olive oil
Gruyere cheese grated or any hard cheese of your liking
green olives pitted6


Place the mushrooms on chopping board with stalk side up.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Spread equal amount of garlic on each mushroom.
Add a pinch of red chilli flakes to each mushroom.
Spread the cheese, until the cup of the mushroom is filled.
Half the olives and place them around the stalk on each mushroom.
Place the mushroom in ovenproof dish and grill it for 8~10 minutes. Serve the mushrooms immediately.

Its simple yet delicious starter.
