I am a novice cook, started baking simple recipes from watching a kids program “I can cook“. I absolutely loved the result.
I imagined myself as a little pastry chef. I started with cakes, muffins, pudding, fruit crumble which helped me in understanding the basics (ingredients purpose, process involved). The result was amazing. It was delicious, fresh and zero preservatives unlike store brought desserts. I became more confident and now look forward to tackling more complex dishes.
My adventure still continues by trying new ingredients and diverse cuisines, each of them have something to offer, its really fantastic and makes me excited to keep exploring.
